How to apply

If you are studying at Cardiff University and think that you may be eligible for assistance from the Trust, please discuss this with your Personal Tutor and obtain an application form from the Student Support Centre by emailing Sheila King or download it from the link below. Please note that the form was changed in Jan 2017, and the new form must be used for applications for the January 2017 round of funding and thereafter.

There are two grant application sessions a year. The closing dates for these are:

31st October
31st January

Applications must be accompanied by a reference from either your personal tutor or another member of the academic staff who can vouch both for your academic performance and (ideally) your personal circumstances.
